Do you want someone who will be perform- ing their very first surgery or someone who really knows their way around in the operating room?

This is so important! You want someone who is respected in the community and who is totally ethical as your listing agent.

You not only get along with them, you feel that you’re “kindred spirits.” They “get” you. Maybe you have different backgrounds, even come from different cultures, but they “speak your language.”
